These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website gids.com.pk and any related digital channels (collectively, the “Website”) operated by Global Industrial & Defence Solutions (Private) Limited (“GIDS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. About GIDS
GIDS is a Pakistan-based defense solutions provider engaged in the export, marketing, and integration of advanced defense systems, including unmanned aerial systems, air-launched systems, land and naval systems, integrated command and control platforms, CBRN defense, security solutions, and cyber security systems. GIDS operates in compliance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and applicable international defense trade obligations.
2. Nature of the Website
The Website is provided for general informational and business-communication purposes. It is intended to introduce GIDS’s solutions to authorized government, defense, and institutional audiences. The Website:
- Does not constitute an offer to sell any product or system
- Does not create any commercial or contractual relationship between you and GIDS
- Does not confer any right to purchase, license, or acquire any product described on the Website
Any supply of products, systems, services, or technical information by GIDS is subject to a separate written agreement, valid export authorization, and applicable government approvals.
3. Eligibility & Authorized Use

- You are not a person, entity, or representative of any country subject to sanctions imposed by the Government of Pakistan or by international bodies binding on GIDS
- Your access and use of the Website does not violate any law, regulation, or contractual obligation applicable to you
GIDS reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or terminate access to the Website at its sole discretion.
4. Export Control & Regulatory Compliance
The products and technologies presented on the Website are subject to strict export control laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, including the Export Control Act, 2004 and directives issued by the Strategic Export Control Division (SECDIV) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Any transaction involving GIDS products is contingent upon:
- Government-to-Government approvals, where applicable
- Issuance of the necessary export licenses and permits
- Verification of the end-user, end-use, and country of destination
- Compliance with all applicable non-proliferation, anti-diversion, and sanctions requirements
You agree that you will not use, request, download, or facilitate the transfer of any information obtained from the Website in a manner that violates Pakistani export control laws or any applicable international restriction. GIDS reserves the right to refuse to respond to any inquiry that raises compliance concerns.

All such communications are subject to internal review, compliance screening, verification of the requesting entity, and issuance of any required government authorizations. GIDS may, at its sole discretion, decline to respond to any inquiry without providing reasons.
9. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
Detailed technical information, pricing, drawings, and controlled specifications will not be shared through the Website or through general correspondence. Any exchange of such information will only take place under a duly executed non-disclosure agreement and, where required, after issuance of relevant government approvals. You agree to treat any non-public information disclosed to you by GIDS with the confidentiality it deserves and to use it only for the purpose for which it was provided.

GIDS does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site. 11. Disclaimer of Warranties

12. Limitation of Liability

- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts at Rawalpindi/Islamabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website, subject to Section 15.
15. Dispute Resolution
The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms through amicable negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to arbitration under the Arbitration Act, 1940 of Pakistan. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties, seated in Islamabad, and conducted in English.
16. Force Majeure
GIDS shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, armed conflict, terrorism, civil unrest, government orders, export or import restrictions, cyber attacks, pandemics, power failures, or telecommunications outages.
17. Suspension & Termination
GIDS reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Website at any time, with or without notice, if we believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in unlawful conduct, or created a risk to the Website or its users. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law shall survive any termination of your access.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our operations, legal environment, or the services offered through the Website. The “Last Updated” date will indicate the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the Website.
