Pre-Fragmented bombs are based on new concept in optimizing the effectiveness of conventional munition. Outer casing is manufactured from composite iber. Bomb contains spherical steel balls which shoot out in all directions when the blast occurs. Extremely effective against soft targets at longer distances from the point of detonation 5 to 6 times more effective than a General Purpose Steel Bomb. High Length-to- Diameter Ratio for low drag design. Can be used in the following configuration:

THERMOBARIC BOMBS

GIDS specializes in the production of thermobaric general-purpose bombs which are characterized by large blast and high thermal energy. These explosives are particularly effective against tunnels, bunkers, shelters, buildings and caves etc.


SCP-5 is a hard nose penetrator that is housed within Mk-82 Form Factor. It is highly effective against hardened bunkers, bridge, piers and A/C pens. The penetration is maximized through kinetic energy gained by bomb as it follows its ballistics. The bomb has a dynamically stable explosive specifically required for penetrators.

AL BATTAAR

Al Battaar is a laser guidance bomb kit attached to the nose and tail of the GP (General Purpose) Bombs. It can be carried and launched from all NATO aircraft and is designed for use when attacking soft, hard, slow moving and stationary targets. The weapon will operate from a variety of different launch scenarios (high/ low altitude, level/ dive/ loft deliveries).
Al Battaar is capable of a single or multiple carriage on host aircraft. Guidance is provided by laser energy reflected from the target. Target illumination, may be provided by the delivery aircraft, another aircraft, or a ground designator. Flight can be divided into three phases: Ballistic, Acquisition, and Terminal Guidance.

TAKBIR
